1/20/25 Updates to Coal Collector

Patch notes are here! I fixed some functionality of the game, including:
- Art Pass on the Pause Menu
- Expanded the bottom tiles when the Game Over screen triggers
- Fixed a part in Level 2 & 3 where you couldn't see the next track
- Fixed UI scaling on all of the menus
Bugs that still need addressing:
- Cart Rolling Sound Effects still fires incorrectly
